Our Services
All staff are trained and given specific instructions for each client to ensure that the staff member knows how to competently care for the client prior to the assignment. No two clients will be exactly alike, furthermore, we educate prior to sending a particular aide into each home. We pair individuals and aides based upon absolute best fit. We look at personalities and skill level prior to assignment of an aide to an individual.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing is used only for those individuals who need specialized skills such as: IV therapy, wound care, medication administration and management, lab draws, and other skilled services prescribed by physicians.
Errands
Errands includes transporting individuals to doctor's appointments, the grocery store, the pharmacy, to pay bills and any other medically related errands needed by client. Staff could also go to the store and other places for the client without having client accompany them.
Personal Care
Personal care includes assistance with tasks such as: bathing, dressing, grooming hair and nails, shaving, oral care, feeding, dressing, toileting, transfers, walking, simple exercise, range of motion exercise, ambulation, preparing meals and other personal care task requested by an individual.
Companion/Sitter
Companion/sitter care includes: socialization, companionship, light housekeeping to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, laundry/linens, trash disposal and other care tasks requested by individual.
